Water frontage means open aspects and little to break the wind, which changes how a sail has to be tensioned and anchored compared with a sheltered inland block.

This is why we survey before we quote rather than pricing off a plan. The same sized sail behaves differently on an exposed waterfront block than it does on a sheltered inland one, and the fixing points available to us are whatever the building actually gives us.
